When you arrive for your appointment, you will be greeted warmly, and we’ll escort you into an examination room after checking in your pet.

Pet Medical History

One of our caring veterinary staff members will inquire about your cat’s medical history, current condition, and the reason for your visit, gathering data for the doctor.

Examination

One of our knowledgeable veterinarians will examine your pet, ask you further questions and provide recommendations regarding your cat's health.

Communication

This is a great time to ask questions. Our veterinary team wants to make sure you’re completely comfortable with the information we’re providing. If diagnostic tests are needed, many tests can be performed IN CLINIC allowing your doctor to provide answers in a timely manner. A follow up treatment plan can then be offered based on the results provided.

Follow Up Care

One of our veterinary professionals will provide you with helpful pet care information and answer any wellness, prevention, and treatment care questions you may have. Our front desk staff will then process your payment and schedule any necessary follow up appointments.

Our goal is to see all our clients and patients on time, and although we have contingencies for emergencies, there will be times where the unexpected will create delays.
